The Sales Counselor must have excellent telephone, one-on-one sales presentation skills, and an understanding of consultative sales in a health care setting.  Candidate must have experience with senior living (assisted living, memory care and/or skilled nursing).   Extensive public contact and public speaking are required.   The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-directed sales professional with a proven track record.  This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Qualifications:

·     Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years direct experience in professional/consultative health service sales (assisted living, memory support and/or skilled nursing care)

         Must have knowledge of professional health care referral sources in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas

·
         Clinical background for prospective resident health assessments a plus
·
         Ability to cultivate relationships with mature, educated prospects, resulting in sales.
·         Must have excellent telephone and one-on-one sales presentation skills.
·
         Proficiency with database management systems is a plus.  
·
         Goal oriented, self-motivated individual requiring little or no supervision.
·
         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·
         Ability to work cooperatively with a team to achieve goals and objectives.
